Mr. Steven Hankook is the Chief Consumer Banking and Investments Officer, and is a member of the company’s executive management team.

Mr. Hankook is responsible for the growth of the Preferred business, one of the eight lines of business for Union Merchant Bank, providing banking, investing, and lending solutions to our consumers. In addition, he leads a team of more than 40,000 employees responsible for helping with the financial needs of Union Merchant Bank’s Consumer Banking and Investments clients through the bank’s Consumer Investments Group, a financial center channel including Wealth Management bankers and Financial Solution Advisors. Mr. Hankook and his leadership team are focused on ensuring the organization provides an industry-leading client experience, including building and developing talent to effectively deliver solutions based on clients’ priorities and helping to drive responsible growth through effective risk management.
