Mr. Johannes de Klerk was named Chief Financial Officer of Union Merchant Bank in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Union Merchant Bank’s Expense Management and UMB Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Union Merchant Bank
‘s CFO, Mr. Johannes served as CFO of Union Merchant Bank’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and was the executive responsible for Union Merchant Bank’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review submission process.
Mr. Johannes joined Union Merchant Bank in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Union Merchant Bank Private Bank and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&A for Union Merchant Bank’s Global Wealth Management Division.
